Lychee, also known as litchi, is a popular summer fruit found in practically every corner of India. This pulpy fruit is hard to resist because it is juicy and sweet.

Vitamin C is one of the most plentiful vitamins in lychees. The lychee fruit, according to experts, delivers 9% of the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI).

Litchis have more polyphenols than a variety of other fruits. Epicatechin is abundant in the fruit, which may help to enhance heart health and lower the risk of cancer and diabetes.
