Goat milk is a nutritious food that is high in vitamins and minerals. It is even more popular around the world than cow's milk.
It assists your body in digesting it, causing less aggravation than curd made from cow's milk.
The fat content of goat's milk is similar to that of cow's milk, but the globules of fat in goat's milk are smaller than those in cow's milk, making it easier to digest.
Goat's milk is also low in lactose and milk sugar. Many people are not allergic to lactose because they have difficulty digesting cow's milk.
It contains more minerals than cow's milk, accounting for 33% of the daily recommended value. Cow's milk contains 28% calcium.
It can also metabolise copper and iron. Consuming goat's milk has been shown to help people with digestion and constipation issues.
It has a small amount of the enzyme xanthine oxidase. When this enzyme enters the bloodstream, it is thought to cause heart problems.
Goat's milk lowers bad cholesterol while increasing good cholesterol levels in the human body. It is effective in lowering high cholesterol.
Everything in the world has both positive and negative consequences. It is not advised to give your children goat's milk immediately after they stop breastfeeding
