The Halasana, also known as shovel pose, is a basic yoga stance that is performed at the end of a yoga session.
The plough stance can help with a variety of stomach problems. Through gentle massage, the Halasana strengthens the colon and promotes the digestive system.
The plough stance aids in the reversal of blood flow in the body. It stimulates the endocrine system and aids in the better management of thyroid gland function.
It aids blood circulation by allowing blood to reach the terminals of all glands and nerves.
It encourages the system to limit the amount of blood sugar produced in excess. It regulates blood sugar levels while also keeping diabetes at bay.
It relieves stress in the back muscles and increases the strength of the spinal cord, consequently lowering pain.
The plough stance relaxes the muscles that trigger leg cramps by stretching them all together. It helps the calf, thigh, and leg muscles become more flexible.
It strengthens the immune system and increases the flexibility of each muscle group.
This allows blood to reach the hair's tips and roots. The asana should be practised on a regular basis to help with blood circulation.
